Hey! I'm Luke, a carpenter here at the Woodland Deck company. I was introduced to carpentry at a young age by my father. He did everything from rough framing to finish work and cabinetry. Needless to say, building things with my hands and creative problem solving skills were among my earliest passions.I have found Woodland to be a thoroughly enjoyable place to work. Aside from the excitement of diving into new projects, I especially love the family-centered atmosphere of this company and the people I work with every day.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. Whether it's a Friday night barbecue, a visit to the park, or the occasional fishing trip, it's always a good time. A couple of my hobbies include woodworking, playing the piano, kayaking, reading books and being outdoors and finding new places to camp, hike, or fish.
I've always loved the outdoors and for me Woodland offers a great opportunity to be outside. I get to do what I love every day, even if it means working through the elements to get the job done (as it often does). The work I do here always gives me a feeling of accomplishment and pride at the end of the day. I look forward to meeting you and making your dream project a reality!
