Salesman

As an outside salesperson at Woodland Deck Company, you will be the first point of contact in our quest to create outdoor deck spaces for people to enjoy the beauty of God’s creation. You will dream and create a vision with our potential customers for their outdoor deck spaces. Every detail and decision will impact how the project comes together and the install experience our customers will taste.

With a technical and creative eye, you will provide a solution and budget for their needs, and then present it to them and close the deal.

What you’ll do:

• Meet with potential clients at their homes to discuss their project specifications and designs
• You will drive all over N.E. Ohio and look at possible projects; we provide the vehicle
• Present your ideas and possible solutions
• Make project decisions and narrow down selections to best fit
• Present proposal and rendering

• Close the deal
• Handle change orders during project install
• Debrief after project completion with production team to find areas of improvement

What we need from you:

• A solid understanding of residential framing and deck building
• Ability to present proposals and close deals
• Ability to handle multiple appointment meetings during the day
