Everyone was very professional. Steve sat down with me and we discussed my ideas and he offered some suggestions based on his experience. He actually created a mock-up on his computer as we were talking so I was able to see exactly how the changes would look. After I decided on what I wanted, I changed my mind at least twice afterward and Steve was very patient and sent me a new mock up to view each time until I was completely satisfied. The installation crew was respectful and endured my curious barking puppies at the door for the duration of the project. Overall I am extremely satisfied and am looking forward to many years of pleasure on my beautiful maintenance-free deck!
